I am an experienced primary educator with a background in the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), specialising in English, phonics and early literacy. I enjoy helping children develop strong reading, vocabulary, comprehension and communication skills in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

My teaching approach is child-centred and structured. I first understand each child’s current level, strengths and areas for development, and then adapt my lessons accordingly. For phonics and reading, I use systematic, age-appropriate activities to help children develop their decoding, blending, fluency and comprehension skills.

I believe children learn best when they feel confident, encouraged and actively involved in the learning process. My lessons include interactive activities, games, reading practice and guided instruction, while gradually building the child’s independence.

I offer English and phonics support for primary-aged children through individual or small-group lessons online
